Ryan Fitzgerald has been in the restaurant business for over 17 years and has been bar-tending in San Francisco for the past 8 years. He is an active member of the San Francisco chapter of the United States Bartender's Guild and currently tends bar at Tres Agaves Mexican Kitchen and Tequila Lounge as well as Bourbon and Branch.
Personally trained by Julio Bermejo, the Ambassador of Tequila to the United States, Ryan has had the opportunity to view the tequila making process firsthand on 2 separate trips to tequila producing regions in mexico, visiting tequila distilleries Herradura, Partida, Los Abuelos, and Siete Leguas in the state of Jalisco as well as the Corralejo distillery in the state of Guanajuato.
