Douglas Williams founded Liquid Alchemy 2 years ago, a beverage consulting company focusing on molecular mixology. This has led to a variety of events on the west coast such as Food and Cocktails as Art at The Mark and Maxim's 10th Anniversary Hot 100 launch party both events in Los Angeles.

Previously he was general manager of Top of the Mark, the world's first sky bar opening in 1939, while working for Intercontinental Hotel Group. As well as Starwood hotels working in Southern California managing food and beverage operations.

When in San Francisco you can find him behind the bar a couple nights a week at Rye.
