Come experience 19th Century spirits, libations, and history of San Francisco's infamous Barbary Coast. In this class we will be focusing on classic cocktails of this era and the saloons they were served in. From Duncan Nichol's Pisco Punch served at the legendary Bank Exchange, to the one and only Professor Jerry Thomas and his one of a kind 'Blue Blazer'. Have an entertaining evening drinking and celebrating these times of "gamblers, thieves, harlots, polticians and other feloniuos parasites......"
